As Seen in

Hello, I’m Peter.

My approach to weddings is calm, considered, and unobtrusive. I document the day as it naturally unfolds — the anticipation, the emotion, the unguarded laughter — while gently guiding when needed to create images that feel effortless, refined, and beautifully flattering.

Drawn to wild coastlines, quiet countryside, and beautiful, shifting light, I’ve always found inspiration in the subtle details others might pass by. For me, photography begins with feeling — and ends with imagery that is both timeless and deeply personal.

I often take inspiration from my couples themselves — their style, their energy — as well as the worlds of fashion, art, and music. You’ll often find me dancing around the kitchen to Stevie Nicks. Outside of weddings, I’m happiest in the garden, exploring antique shops, or wandering through art studios.

More than anything, I want your photographs to transport you back — not only to how your wedding looked, but to exactly how it felt. The beginning of your story, preserved with care for generations to come.

My approach is relaxed, observant, and artfully guided. I document the day as it naturally unfolds while stepping in when needed to create refined, flattering images that still feel effortless. The result is a collection of photographs that are both emotionally honest and timeless in style.

Absolutely. Most couples tell me this at first, and it’s completely natural.

I create a calm environment where you can focus on each other rather than the camera. With gentle direction and plenty of space for real moments, you’ll never be left wondering what to do — but you’ll also never feel overly posed. It’s about enjoying that time on your wedding day together, rather than thinking of it as a task or distraction.

Most couples secure their date 12–18 months ahead, particularly for peak season weddings. If you feel a connection to the work, I always recommend reaching out sooner rather than later, as I take on a limited number of celebrations each year to give every couple my full attention.

Your photographs will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery, making it easy to view, share, and download your images from anywhere in the world.

Absolutely. I regularly work alongside talented videographers and creative teams, and I believe the best wedding mornings are shaped by a calm, collaborative atmosphere.

I simply ask that anyone capturing alongside me shares a similar approach — unobtrusive, considerate, and respectful of the natural flow of the day — so we can create beautiful work for you without distraction or interruption.

When everyone is aligned, the experience feels effortless, allowing you to stay fully present while we document your celebration.

Every wedding is unique, but you can typically expect approximately 800-1200 carefully edited images that tell the complete story of your day.

Rather than overwhelming you with volume, I focus on delivering a thoughtful, beautifully curated gallery filled with meaningful moments.

Yes — and it often makes a huge difference to how relaxed your day feels.

I’m always happy to offer guidance when building your timeline so we can allow beautiful space for photographs while ensuring you still have plenty of time to simply enjoy the celebration. We will arrange a call eight weeks from the wedding to go through the day.

Some of the most atmospheric photographs happen in unexpected weather.

After photographing many weddings, I’ve learned how to adapt quickly and creatively — whether that means embracing the mood of the landscape, finding beautiful indoor light, or working with sheltered outdoor spaces.

A little rain rarely changes the magic of the day. Especially with the intricate castles and manors I shoot in most.

You’ll receive a small preview within a few days so you have something beautiful to revisit right away, and share on social media.

Your full gallery is then delivered within 8-12 weeks, carefully edited and ready to be enjoyed for years to come. Often in less busy periods, this can be down to 4-6 weeks.

Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and deposit will officially reserve your wedding date. No wedding is added to my diary without these booking requirements.
